Cancelling Membership Subscriptions
We would be very sorry to lose any of the valued members of our Community and if you do feel you need to cancel your subscription we would be very grateful if you could let us know the reasons why. Your feedback is very valued in our ensuring we provide the best possible service to our members. Please therefore do contact Indie Shaman to let us know if you are considering cancelling your membership.
We hope you have benefited from being a member of our Community and continue your membership subscription so we can continue our work in supporting others who may need our help, either through this website, through our free advice and support services, or through work such as our free Soul Retrieval and Course Places for those on a low income. We rely on membership subscriptions together with funds raised from our shop to provide these services.

Refund Terms and Conditions
No refund will be issued after a member has been granted access to the Indie Shaman online course material or has accepted any other non returnable membership benefits.
A refund may be issued if you change your mind after first subscribing to membership if you change your mind before your forum membership is authorised. This refund may be subject to a deduction to cover our Paypal payment processing costs and any other costs we may have occured e.g postage costs.
A refund may be issued if we are unable to accept your application which may* be subject to a deduction to cover our Paypal payment processing costs and any other costs we may have occured e.g. postage costs. *Refunds with no deductions for costs incurred will only take place when the reason for the refund is agreed by Indie Shaman Limited to be the fault of Indie Shaman Limited.
None of the above affects your statutory rights.
