Competition Question

How to Enter
Competition open to all people resident in the UK over the age of 18 and all Indie Shaman Members regardless of residence.
One competition entry per person/household only.
Please send your answer to the competition question via email to our Competition email address (Click on the link or if you use web based email send to competitionatindieshaman.co.uk - replace the 'at' with the @ sign) putting 'Competition' as your email title.
You can also post your entry to our competition to Indie Shaman Competition, Indie Shaman, 16 Littledean, Yate, Bristol, BS37 8UL

Competition Terms and Conditions
- Competitions on this site and in the Indie Shaman Magazine are owned and operated by Indie Shaman Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”, “the Company”).
- Participation – you can enter our competitions free* (No purchase necessary, *Email will be subscribed to our mailing list) either online via email or by post.
- Our competitions are open to all people resident in the UK over the age of 18 and all Indie Shaman Members regardless of residence with the exception of the Directors of Indie Shaman Limited.
- Internet access is necessary for our website competitions.
- Only one entry per person and or household. Due to the way we process responses the same email address is deemed to be the same person/household and duplicate email responses will automatically be disqualified and deleted.
- The winner will be notified by email within one week of the competition closing date. We may also notify by writing, text or phone where appropriate for magazine based competitions only.
- The Competition prize/s will be dispatched within 28 days of the winner responding to our notification.
- There will be no cash alternative or other substitute item for the stated prize/s.
- Prizes will usually be dispatched by post or courier. We are not responsible for and do not accept any liability for any prize being lost in transportation by post or otherwise once dispatched.
- The results of the Competition will be published on our website and/or magazine. By entering one of our competitions you give permission for your name and city/town/county to be published in the event of your winning the competition.
- In the event of more than one correct answer being received all correct responses will be entered into a draw to decide the winner.
- The decision of our Directors or Competition Panel is final unless overturned by a court of law.
- We will collect your e-mail address when you enter one of our competitions for the first time to send you our email Newsletter so we can let you know of other competitions, offers and news we think may interest you. If you wish to stop receiving our newsletter, you can do so at any time by replying with the word 'unsubscribe' in the email title. Or there is a 'unsubscribe' link in the footer at the bottom of every page of the Indie Shaman website.
- Please note entering the competition subscribes your email address to our mailing list as in 13. above. If you are already on our mailing list you cannot unsubscribe while entering a current competition. This is because entering the competition will automatically resubscribe you. We cannot give an exact date that your competition entry will be processed so therefore if you wish to unsubscribe please wait until the competition is closed when your entry will have been processed. Please note however that if you unsubscribe and enter a future competition your email address will automatically be subscribed again at that point.
